Do you have any questions or would you like to return your product? Contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return within 14 calendar days (after deliverydate). Please contact us as soon as possible on info@onlinehorseworld.com. This also applies if there are damage to the item upon delivery. Therefore always check your order for any damage. If damage occurs during transport, you must always take a picture before opening the package.
HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
- Send an e-mail to info@onlinehorseworld.com with your name and order number to request a return form. We will send you the return form by e-mail as soon as possible.
- The item must be returned within 14 calendar days in the original packaging, undamaged and with all labels, together with the completed return form, which we will send you on email. Keep in mind, NO FILLED-IN RETURN FORM = NO REIMBURSEMENT.
- Once we have received the package in good order, the reimbursement of your item will be made within 14 working days.
- Items in sale or with discount cannot be returned
- Items ordered with a gift voucher can only be exchanged with other items, the gift voucher cannot be refunded in money.
The shipping costs for return or exchange are for your own account.
WITHIN WHAT PERIOD CAN I AND CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
The return period is 14 calendar days after delivery of your order.
HOW IS THE REIMBURSEMENT DONE?
As soon as your order has been received and checked, we will refund the amount of your purchase excluding shipping costs to your account. Always ensure that your IBAN and BIC code are stated on the return form. Items that are returned to us under the conditions described above will be reimbursed by us within a period of 14 working days. The costs for return and/or possible new shipping are for your own account.
WHAT IF THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS NOT CORRECT?
If the refunded amount is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@onlinehorseworld.com. We will search for a solution as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed.
► OnlineHorseWorld reserves the right to refuse return shipments that have been registered or sent outside of the specified period, items that are not in the same condition as they were sent or do not have the above conditions. For this items we will not make a return payment
